2 mangos, peeled and diced
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
½ of 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 limes
sea salt, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors blend. Serve with chips, veggies, or toss over grilled chicken or fish!
