Meet Diana

Hi! I’m Diana, Registered Dietitian, food lover, busy mom to a sweet little baby girl and a rescue pup, and ultimately, a regular person trying to lead a healthy lifestyle through this crazy thing called life. I understand the challenges of making dietary changes while juggling a busy schedule, long to-do lists, and battling burnout. My mission is to simplify healthy living by translating nutrition science into practical, easy-to-follow advice tailored to your life, removing stress from something that should be a source of JOY – food. 

As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, you can be sure I have equipped myself to guide you effectively and safely toward your health goals. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Keene State College, completed a dietetic internship through Iowa State University, passed the nationally recognized Registered Dietitian examination, and kept up with yearly continuing education credits since I became a dietitian in 2012. My approach is rooted in the latest science, ensuring your journey to health and happiness is based on facts.

I won’t tell you to avoid your favorite indulgent foods. In fact, I will encourage you to enjoy them, guilt-free! A few of my personal favorite indulgences, which I eat frequently, include pizza, chips, warm chocolate chip cookies, and wine. Instead of restrictive diets, I will teach you how to create a healthy lifestyle that lets you freely savor all the foods you love WHILE providing your body with the nourishment it needs to keep you feeling great physically. Rather than restricting foods you enjoy, I will teach you how to transform your life into one that allows you to freely eat all the foods you love, while also ensuring your body is getting the nourishment it needs to stay healthy.
