 1 banana
 ½ cup blackberries, or berry of choice
 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
 2 tbsp sunflower seed butter

Peel banana, slice in half the long way, and place on plate or in bowl. Spread sunflower seed butter onto banana halves.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and top with berries
