Cook pasta according to package instructions. While pasta is cooking, begin step 2.
Cook Beyond Beef in a nonstick skillet according to package instructions. While cooking in pan, use a wooden spoon to break apart until it crumbles into smaller pieces. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, and 3 tbsp chili powder. Combine well as you saute. When Beyond Beef and pasta are done, strain pasta and combine with the Beyond Beef in a large bowl.
Add all vegetables and cheese to the pasta and 'beef' bowl. Toss to combine.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, 1 tbsp chili powder, Pace picante sauce, and sriracha. Pour into the large bowl with pasta, 'beef', and veggies, and toss until well combined. Serve warm & enjoy!
